Following the initial fee, selected operators will be granted 50% of the net profit of their store. 9er's requires that future Operators be free from all other business ventures, ensuring that the proper time and effort be dedicated to the 9er's Grill brand.
Operators are expected to be held to a full-time basis, focusing on their success, as well as the success of their 9er's Grill location. Once selected, Operators must undergo an extensive training program that will focus on operations, employee-related issues and off course, customer satisfaction.
